How long does verification take?+
Our target is under 24 hours from submission. We'll email you the moment your ID or property doc is reviewed. If we reject it, you'll get a clear reason and can re-submit.
Why manual review instead of automated KYC?+
Because UAE rental fraud doesn't look the way KYC vendors expect. A human reviewer catches mismatched names, reused photos, and broker patterns that automated checks miss. We'll layer OCR on top later — never instead.
Do I need to own the property to list?+
No, but you need permission. Subletting in the UAE usually requires landlord consent. You'll confirm this and upload an Ejari or tenancy contract before your listing goes live.
What happens to my Emirates ID after I close my account?+
We delete verification documents 90 days after account closure. They're stored encrypted, in a private bucket, with signed access URLs only.
